London: 3 September 2008 Another world premiere in the Square tonight, that's the second in three days. Keira Knightley lit up the place with her lovely smile. She arrived early beautifully turned out in a blue backless number and spent loads of time with fans all along the barriers. She signed hundreds of autographs with her trademark "K". Co-star Ralph Fiennes made it just a few minutes before the start and was unable to satisfy all who screamed for him. Dominic Cooper's in the flick too and he had my fanline neighbour screaming herself hoarse trying, ultimately unsuccessfully, to get him to come over. Better luck next time girl. Director Saul Dibb spent time with the fans who recognised him and called him over. That's a tip for any premiere attendee -- yell the right name -- one fan kept yelling for "Amira" and wondered why Gurinder Chadha (director of Bend It Like Beckham and Angus Thongs) ignored him. He eventually got it right and was rewarded by an autograph and a picture of them both with GC operating the camera. A priceless souvenir.
