PcPlanets.com now supports playing video files that are encoded for Microsoft Media Player, Real Networks Realplayer, Apple Quicktime and Macromedia Flash. To help users view videos, find video codes and use playlists, I have written this guide. Please read it carefully before you submit any questions or complaints.

NO VIDEOS ARE PLAYING OR VERY FEW VIDEOS ARE PLAYING ON PCPLANETS.COM

Note: Many times the video will not play automatically. You will have to look below the video to "Play From Alternate Source #1 #2 #3". Click on the #1 #2 #3 and the videos will play.

If the videos still do not play, then you most likely need to upgrade or install all of the FREE media players

1. Make sure you have installed the latest version of Windows Media Player

2. Make sure you have installed the latest version of RealNetworks RealPlayer

3. Make sure you have installed the latest version of Apple Quicktime.

IF YOUR VIDEOS STILL ARE NOT PLAYING ON PCPLANETS.COM, THEN THE VIDEO IS NOT AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW.

MY PLAYLIST IS NOT WORKING!!!

Playlists are WORKING!! You will need to delete your existing playlist and re-add the videos to have it work again. THE VIDEO MUST BE PLAYING WHEN YOU CLICK 'ADD TO PLAYLIST', otherwise you are adding a non-working video to your playlist.

WHERE ARE THE VIDEO CODES??

The VIDEO CODES have moved to the media player. The media player is the page where the videos actually play. The video codes will be displayed when you click on the GET VIDEO CODE button.
